How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible so you can feel your best wearing your new bling. Please see full Delivery Information.

Will my delivery arrive in multiple shipments?

We aim to ship all your items in one shipment to make it easiest for you. If in the unlikely event that we need to send your items in multiple shipments, our Customer Care team will contact you so you know to look out for multiple deliveries. We will also provide you with your delivery tracking numbers for each shipment. You won’t be charged for additional deliveries.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order.

Can I change my mind and return my order?

Of course! You have 28 days to return your item. Please see full details on our Returns Policy.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
